- Platform: The Tarh electronic platform specialized in publishing tenders and receiving bids for the private sector.
- User: Any company or establishment that holds a Unified Number and a valid Commercial Registration.
- Subscription: The annual fee paid in exchange for using the platform’s services.
- Tender: Any request for proposal or invitation to bid published through the platform.
2. Acceptance of Terms
- By using or registering on the Tarh Platform, you acknowledge and agree to be fully and unconditionally bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments.
3. Scope of Services
- The platform enables companies to:
- Publish tenders.
- Receive bids.
- Submit bids.
- The platform does not participate in the selection of bids and bears no responsibility for the outcomes of tenders.
4. Registration and Account
- The user is required to provide accurate and up-to-date information.
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of:
- Providing false or misleading information.
- Misuse of the platform.
- Violation of applicable laws and regulations in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
5. Subscriptions and Fees
- Tarh Platform operates on a fixed annual subscription basis.
- The platform does not charge any commission on projects or tenders.
- Publishing tenders and submitting bids are provided without additional fees.
- The subscription fee is non-refundable after activation.
6. User Obligations
- Compliance with local laws and regulations.
- Refraining from using the platform for unlawful or misleading purposes.
- Not copying or reusing the platform’s content without prior authorization.
7. Intellectual Property
- All rights related to the platform (name, logo, design, and content) are owned by Tarh Platform.
- Such rights may not be reused without prior written consent.
8. Disclaimer
- The platform acts solely as a technical intermediary.
- The platform shall not be liable for:
- Disputes between users.
- The quality or execution of contracts.
- Any direct or indirect losses.
9. Amendments and Suspension
- The platform reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time.
- The platform may suspend or discontinue the service temporarily or permanently for operational or regulatory reasons.
10. Governing Law
- These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the courts of the Kingdom shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
