Terms & Conditions - Tarh Platform
By using the Tarh platform, you fully acknowledge and agree to all of the following terms:
1. Registration and Use
- All information provided during registration must be accurate and up to date.
- Tarh reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates the terms of use or contains false information.
2. Bid Submission
- Project owners must provide clear and accurate information about each tender.
- Participating companies are required to submit technical and financial proposals in accordance with the published tender documents.
3. Subscription and Fees
- Tarh’s services are offered in exchange for a nominal subscription fee, payable upon registration or renewal.
- Tarh reserves the right to modify the fee at any time, with prior notice to users.
- Subscription fees are non-refundable once the account is activated for the user.
4. Launch and Activation Policy
- The platform determines the official launch date for its services and subscription plans. This unified date marks the beginning of activation for all subscribers, regardless of their registration or payment date.
- If a user completes the payment before the launch date, the payment is considered a pre-booking for activating the subscription once the official launch begins.
- The platform reserves the full right to determine or modify the launch date as it deems appropriate, based on operational, regulatory, or technical considerations.
- If the launch date is modified, the platform commits to notifying users through the official communication channels.
- Using the platform after the official launch date constitutes full acceptance and agreement to all related terms, conditions, and policies.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content on the platform (including text, logos, designs, and reports) is the intellectual property of Tarh and may not be copied or reused without written permission.
6. Disclaimer
- Tarh is not responsible for inaccurate information submitted by users and the platform has the right to initiate legal proceedings in this regard.
- The evaluation and awarding of bids is carried out by the project owner, and Tarh is not liable for the outcomes of such decisions.
7. Amendments
- Tarh reserves the right to update or amend these terms at any time. Users will be notified of any changes via email or through the platform.
8. Governing Law
- This agreement is governed by the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be referred to the competent judicial authorities within the Kingdom.
